Kasado na sa darating sa Setyembre 8 ang face-to-face mass oathtaking para sa mga bagong real estate salesperson ng bansa, ayon sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) nitong Huwebes, Agosto 31.

Ayon sa PRC, magaganap ang naturang in-person oathtaking dakong 11:30 ng umaga sa SM Megatrade Hall 1, SM Megamall, EDSA, Mandaluyong City.

“Approved RES applicants interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance,” anang PRC.

“Inductees shall come in business attire and are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking in order to be tagged as ‘attended’,” dagdag nito.

Inabisuhan din ng Komisyon ang mga lalahok sa in-person oathtaking na dalhin ang kanilang vaccination card o ang kanilang negative RT-PCR/COVID-19 anti-gen swab results na kinuha sa loob ng 48 oras bago ang oathtaking.

Para naman sa mga hindi makakadalo sa nakatakdang face-to-face mass oathtaking, maaari pa rin umano silang dumalo sa pamamagitan ng isasagawang online oathtaking o mag-request ng isang special oathtaking.

“Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed,” anang PRC.

“After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph. For more information on the oathtaking proper, you may contact the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (REBAP) at 09178282968 and 09778414776,” saad pa nito.
