Nagluksa si Vice President Sara Duterte sa pagpanaw ni Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Secretary Susan “Toots” Ople noong Martes ng hapon, Agosto 22.
“The country has lost a real patriot whose life was dedicated to the welfare and protection of the fundamental rights of migrant Filipino workers and their families,” pahayag ni Duterte.
"She was a beacon of hope and a source of strength for migrant workers caught in distressing situations while working abroad,” dagdag niya.
Ipinaabot din ng bise presidente ang kaniyang pakikiramay sa mga mahal sa buhay ni Ople.

“We grieve with her loved ones and pray that they may find comfort in the special moments they shared together,” ani Duterte.
“She will leave a legacy that the nation will cherish forever. Paalam, Secretary Toots,” saad pa niya.
Matatandaang Agosto 22 nang kumpirmahin sa isang pahayag ng DMW ang pagpanaw ni Ople.
