Ipinahayag ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) nitong Huwebes, Agosto 24, na pumanaw na si dating DBM Undersecretary Tina Rose Marie Canda nitong Miyerkules, Agosto 23.

Na-diagnose umano kamakailan si Canda sa sakit nitong stage 4 cancer.

“The Department of Budget and Management mourns the passing of one of its pillars, former Undersecretary Tina Rose Marie L. Canda, on August 23, 2023—the day that would have been her 41st year of service,” pahayag ng DBM.

“An epitome of excellent public service, Usec. Tina will forever be in the hearts of every DBM employee in continuing the sound, effective, and efficient management and utilization of government resources,” saad pa nito.
