Hawak ng mga tropa ng pamahalaan ang warrant of arrest na ipinalabas ni Marie Estrellita Suya Tolentino-Rojas, Presiding Judge ng 11th Judicial Region, Branch 17, Davao City noong Oktubre 10, 2022.
Sa pahayag ni PNP-CIDG chief Maj. Gen. Romeo Caramat, Jr., nagsisilbing Secretary General ng Anakbayan si Hitgano at Cultural Staff din ng Youth Sector ng Regional White Area Committee (RWAC), Southern Mindanao Regional Committee (SMRC).
Nasa kustodiya na ng mga awtoridad ang si Hitgano.
