Binulabog ng bomb threat ang tanggapan ng National Privacy Commission (NPC) sa Pasay City nitong Biyernes ng umaga.
Sa Facebook post ng ahensya, kinumpirma ni NPC Commissioner John Henry Naga ang insidente na naganap dakong 11:45 ng umaga.
Ipinost ang pagbabanta bilang comment sa inilathalang usapin kaugnay sa pagtutulungan sa pagitan ng NPC at ng mga telecommunications company upang mapaigting ang proteksyon ng personal data sa kani-kanilang network.
"The National Privacy Commission received a bomb threat earlier today, May 12, 2023, through NPC’s official Facebook page. I want to assure the public that we are taking this bomb threat very seriously, and we have implemented all necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel," sabi pa ni Naga.
