Ito ang naging mensahe ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez para kina His Majesty King Charles III at Her Majesty Queen Camilla ng United Kingdom (UK) na kinoronohan nitong Sabado, Mayo 6, sa Westminster Abbey sa London.
Kasalukuyang nasa UK si Romualdez kasama si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. na kasama sa mga inimbitahan sa koronasyon.
“As we watch with awe, delight and an enduring sense of optimism, we wish King Charles and Queen Camilla the best of health and the best of love," pahayag ni Romualdez.

Sinabi rin ng kongresista na inaasahan nila ang mas malalim na ugnayan ng Pilipinas at UK sa mga susunod na taon.
“We are deeply honored to be witnesses to an event that is a rare piece of world history, and we pray for a deeper and more meaningful relationship between the Philippines and the United Kingdom for years to come,” ani Romualdez.
“And may your reign also bring people together, provide prosperity to all of your subjects and inspire divine guidance to your rule. Congratulations to the new monarchs of the United Kingdom!” saad pa niya.
Ginanap ang koronasyon ni King Charles III noong Sabado walong buwan matapos niyang umakyat sa trono, kasunod ng pagkamatay ni Queen Elizabeth II noong Setyembre 2022.
