Ibinahagi ng historyador na si Ambeth Ocampo ang mga larawan ng pambansang bayani na si Dr. Jose Rizal kung saan makikita ang may kahabaang buhok nito.
“When in Madrid I always make time to visit the sites associated with Rizal. This time I was accompanied on my short Rizal tour by friends from the Ayala Museum and the National Gallery of Singapore. While I have been to these places many times before, each time more context emerges based on what I re-read in his letters and diaries,” kuwento ng historyador.
Ayon kay Ocampo, ang nasa kaliwang larawan umano ay portrait ni Felix Resurreccion Hidalgo noong 1882, habang ang nasa kanan naman ay larawang kinuhanan daw sa Alviach Studio sa Madrid noong 1883.
“In these images, Rizal had long wavy hair probably because he was scrimping on trips to the barber to save money,” ani Ocampo.
