Tila hindi masaya ang marami sa sorpresang pagkakapanalo ng “Just Like That” ng 71-year-old American singer na si Bonnie Raitt sa katatapos lamang na 65th Grammy Awards, Pebrero 6 (oras sa Pilipinas).

Nilampaso ng nasabing awitin ang mega hits na kapwa nominado rin gaya ng “About Damn Time” ni Lizzo, “As It Was,” ni Harry Styles, “Break My Soul” ni Beyoncé at “All Too Well (10 Minute Version)” ni Taylor Swift.

Tinanggap ni Raitt ang award mula kay US First Lady Jill Biden at sinabing ang panalo niyang ito ay isang “unreal moment” para sa kaniya.

“Thank you for honoring me to all the Academy that surrounds me with so much support and appreciates the art of songwriting as I do,” lahad ni Raitt

“I was so inspired for this song by the incredible story of the love and the grace and the generosity of someone that donates their beloved’s organs to help another person live,” dagdag pa ng mang-aawit.

Top trending topic sa Twitter Philipines ang “Song of the Year” dahil sa hindi inaasahang panalo ni Raitt ng award.
