Ito ang isinapubliko ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) nitong Miyerkules.
Pagbibigay-diin ni DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, ito na ang huling bugso ng mandatong salary increase sa alinsunod na rin sa Republic Act 11466 (Salary Standardization Law of 2019) o "SSL V."

Bukod dito, pinirmahan na rin ng ng opisyal ang panuntunan para dalawang magkahiwalay na Budget Circular para sa pagpapatupad ng ikaapat na bunso ng salary schedule para sa civilian personnel at local government unit (LGU) workers.
