“For this, we would like to apologize to everyone affected,” anila.

“We would normally have multiple entry points at both sides of the venue to facilitate fast and easy access and to keep queuing short and fast-moving,” dagdag ng Ovation na kalauna’y nabago anila para iwasang malugmok sa literal na putik ang ilang concertgoers.

“Since SMDC Festival Grounds was a new venue, there was ongoing construction work on the cement floor on the right side. The gates on the left side were deemed to be sufficient,” pagpapatuloy nila.

“Security procedures at the gates admittedly contributed in the slowing down of the flow but it was a necessary procedure. At some point, said security procedures were relaxed in order to unclog the choke points and then later re-imposed when the situation improved. This was to prevent a potentially hazardous influx at the gates from occurring,” anang Ovation.

“Ovation Productions is grateful to Ben&Ben and its fans Liwanag for their understanding.”

“This is way too much. We paid for the tix and now we can't get into the venue because of crowding. No checking of tix and checking bags for safety,” komento ng isang fan ng banda.

“If mali nila, they should own up to it. Not give excuses.

“You didn't have enough marshalls! Magulo ang pila. It was the worst!”

“SM grounds before was technically a parking lot, I thought may upgrade na kasi may festival grounds kineso na. yun pala mas worse than before at mukhang open construction site sya. Do better, Ovation. Fans deserve a safe concert environment hindi yung puchu puchu lang.”

“Jusko puro excuses. Own up to your shortcomings!”

“Adequate security marshalls? saang banda kaya sila? Also, alam niyo na pala the night before the concert na hindi ipapagamit yung right side entrance. ano ba naman yung mag-announce sa socmed ng updated instructions diba? o di kaya ay maglagayng maraming marshalls na pwedeng magturo kung saan ang pila at kung paano ang magiging sistema!”

“Suggest don't justify just say an apology. Bilang organizer, responsibilidad nyo po iyung nangyari. You sounded like making excuses. 🤣

“You were not allowed to put signages. So para san tong social media accounts niyo to give heads up the concert goers? Oh well. All done. Never again.”
