Sa datos na ibinahagi ni OCTA Fellow Dr. Guido David sa kanyang Twitter account, nabatid na ang positivity rate sa NCR ay umabot sa 12.4% noong Disyembre 3, mula sa dating 11.1% lamang noong Nobyembre 26.

Samantala, tumaas rin anila ang positivity rates sa ilang lugar sa Luzon.

Kabilang dito ang Bataan (9.7% to 11.2%); Cagayan (18.2% to 21.4%);Camarines Sur (27.7% to 38.8%);Ilocos Norte (7.8% to 11.1%); Ilocos Sur (32.9% to 36.2%); Laguna (13.1% to 19.2%); Nueva Ecija (32.9% to 39.1%); Pampanga (8.3% to 10.6%);  Pangasinan (16.5% to 16.6%); Quezon (7.2% to 13.3%); Rizal (13.2% to 19.7%); at Zambales (6.1% to 10.7%).

Samantala, naobserbahan naman ang pagbaba ng positivity rate sa Albay (28.5% to 23.7%); Batangas (5.4% to 5.2%); Benguet (27% to 22.6%); Bulacan (7.6% to 6.8%); Cavite (11.7% to 11.6%); Isabela (44.4% to 38.6%); Kalinga (23.7% to 20.8%); La Union (22% to 20.4%); Mountain Province (15.4% to 11%); at Tarlac (36.5% to 25.3%).
