Hinirang kamakailan ang Pilipinas bilang isa sa sampung “friendliest countries in the world” sa 2022 Reader’s Choice Awards ng Conde Nast Traveller.
Inilabas ang listahan noong Oktubre 4 kasunod ng latest survey sa masugid na mambabasa ng international travel site.
Landing sa ikasumpung puwesto ang Pilipinas, na anang CN Traveller ay isa sa “most welcoming destinations from all four corners of the globe.”
“Just making it into the top 10, the Philippines (made up of around 7,641 islands) inclusion is proof that the famous Filipino hospitality is alive and kicking. The country has often been praised for its seemingly effortless ability to lavish genuine hospitality on visitors, foreigners, or expatriates,” paglalarawan ng CN Traveller.

“Many people consider the Banaue Rice Terraces here to be the ‘Eighth Wonder of the World,' though plenty of other beauty spots abound here. The islands are peppered with majestic mountainscapes, decorative churches and sprawling sandy beaches,” dagdag nito.
Kasama rin sa listahan ang bansang Sri Lanka bilang pang-siyam, Belize bilang pangwalo, Peru sa ikapitong puwesto, Botswana sa ikaanim na puwesto, Costa Rica sa ikalimang puwesto, Thailand bilang ikaapat, New Zealand sa ikatlong puwesto, Colombia sa ikalawang puwesto at French Polynesia sa unang puwesto.

Kamakailan, hinirang din ng parehong Conde Naste Traveler (CNT) Readers’ Choice Award ang kahuma-humaling na isla ng Boracay bilang nangungunang dinadayong isla sa buong Asya.
