Si Navarro ay kasalukuyang nakapiit sa National Bureau of Investigation Detention Center.
"It is respectfully prayed that the instant Manifestation with Urgent Motion be resolved urgently, and that the Honorable Court issue and Order directing the proper officer of the National Bureau of Investigation Detention Center to immediately transfer the accused (Navarro), from the National Bureau of Investigation Detention Center to Taguig City Jail," bahagi ng mosyong iniharap ng kampo ni Cornejo sa Taguig City Regional Trial Court Branch 69.
"The rules of court provide that the arresting officer should bring the accused to the nearest police station or jail without unnecessary delay," ayon sa mga abogado ni Cornejo.

Si Navarro ay inaresto sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ni Judge Loralie Cruz Datahan ng Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 69 kaugnay ng reklamong panggagahasa umano kay Cornejo sa condo unit nito sa Bonifacio Global City sa Taguig noong Enero 17, 2014.
Walang inirekomendang piyansa ang korte para sa pansamantalang kalayaan ng komedyante.
