Sumasailalim ngayon ang Department of Health – Ilocos Regional Office Center sa dalawang araw na International Organization for Standardization – Quality Management Service (ISO – QMS) Audit na isinasagawa ng ISO Team ng Western Visayas Regional Office.
Ang ISO-QMS Certification ay isang internationally-recognized standards na tumitiyak na ang isang organisasyon ay maaasahan pagdating sa kalidad.
Siniguro naman ni Regional Director Paula Paz M. Sydiongco na ang regional office ay committed sa pagpapatupad ng mga standards at mga polisiya upang matiyak na nakapagbibigay sila ng pinakamataas na kalidad ng serbisyong pangkalusugan para sa ikasisiya o satisfaction ng mga kliyente.
“We observe zero-tolerance against corruption, conform with statutory requirements, and constantly improve our quality management systems as we provide public service with integrity, excellence, and compassion,” aniya pa, sa isang kalatas nitong Miyerkules, Setyembre 7.
