#WalangPasok: Class suspensions ngayong Biyernes, Sept. 20

Ngayon naman ay maaari ring maka-relate ang publiko sa pitong bagay na itinigil niya mula nang tahakin niya ang buhay espiritwal.

"1. Judging others. I now understand that every soul on this planet is going through their own personal journey of self-realization and that everyone has the right to choose how to live their lives. We are all different so naturally our choices will be different too. Holding space for other people’s choices instead of judging them brings me peace," saad ni Maxene sa kanyang Instagram post kamakailan.

"2. Comparing myself to others. Connecting to my soul made me discover my true authentic self. The more I connected to myself through meditation + yoga, the more I got to know myself on a deeper level. I can now stand firm in my truth & do my own thing instead of always just copying what everyone else is doing.

3. Negative self-talk. Our thoughts & words are forms of energy that our mind, body and soul can feel. Whatever we think or say has an effect on our state of mind. I’ve stopped saying, “I don’t like my body” & started saying, “I love and accept myself completely.”

4. Seeking external validation. We live in an age where people get addicted to validation because of social media. I know this because I used to be just like this. I used to post just to get as many likes as I could, thinking that my worth was dependent on them. Now, I seek validation from God as He is the only One I aim to please in all lifetimes.

5. Projecting negative energy onto others. I used to get triggered and scream at my loved ones when I was younger. Thanks to therapy, meditation and prayer, I can now catch and stop myself before I get triggered.

6. Giving in to fear. I’ve been living in fear for most of my life but ever since I started surrendering my soul to God, I just kept overcoming my fears. I would feel the fear but I would still choose to honor my soul by doing what it truly wants. This naturally made me become more brave and resilient.

7. Being ungrateful. I used to complain A LOT. It’s embarrassing 😂 I used to find fault in every little thing. I was so consumed by negativity that I wouldn’t be able to continue with my day. Now, I live with an attitude of gratitude which makes me so thankful for the littlest things."
