Itinalaga munang officer-in-charge (OIC) si Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio habang nasa Indonesia at Singapore si Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. para sa state visit.

Sa Special Order No. 75 na inilabas nitong Setyembre 2, kinailangangmunang magtalaga ng OIC upang mangasiwa sa day-to-day operation ng Office of the President mula Setyembre 4-7.

“To ensure continuity of government service, it is necessary to designate an officer-in-charge to take care of the day-to-day operations in the Office of the President.All departments, agencies and instrumentalities of the government shall assist the Vice President in the discharge of her functions as stated therein,” ayon sa kautusan.

"My state visits to our ASEAN neighbors will seek to harness the potential of our vibrant trade and investment relations. As such, an economic briefing, business forums, and meetings have been organized to proactively create and attract more investments and buyers for our exports in order to accelerate the post-pandemic growth of our economy," pagdidiin ni Marcos.

Sa pagdating Marcos sa Jakarta nitong Linggo ng hapon, inaasahang makipagpulong ito sa Filipino community upang masubaybayan ang kanilang sitwasyon sa naturang bansa.

Si Marcos ay mananatili sa Indonesia hanggang Martes, at hanggang Miyerkules naman siya sa Singapore.
