"Ok, so here is the supposed back story of the MADUMB visit to DSWD, as relayed by sources from DSWD mismo na super dismayed dito sa incident. It appears that MADUMB sashayed into the DSWD unannounced and without appointment!" saad ni Lopez.

"Mukhang may dilawan insider from within na nag timbre kay MADUMB na andun si Secretary Erwin Tulfo. So nagpunta, and dere derecho daw sa office ni Secretary, who was caught off guard and cornered," dagdag pa niya.

"And true to form, may bitbit na photographer si Madumb who shamelessly clicked away the moment na Secretary Tulfo appeared. Grabe, is she really this thick-faced and so brazen? As in walang appointment?

"The truth: We wrote a formal letter addressed to Secretary Tulfo requesting for a courtesy visit. The OSEC staff got in touch with us and gave us a schedule. I went with Angat Buhay ED Raffy Magno. Not one photographer from us," saad ni Robredo sa isang tweet.

"The only photographer present was the DSWD photographer. We just shared Sec Erwin Tulfo’s facebook post.

"We met with DSWD Secretary Erwin Tulfo today to present the programs of Angat Buhay and to explore possible areas of collaboration," saad niya sa isang Facebook post.

"We look forward to working with the Department of Social Welfare and Development in uplifting the lives of our fellow Filipinos," dagdag pa niya.
