"I condemn the harassment and intimidation being done to Walden Bello and others who speak truth to power," saad ni Colmenares sa kaniyang tweet nitong Martes, Agosto 9.

"It seems the tyranny unleashed by the Duterte regime not only extends but might be getting even worse under the Marcos 2.0 government," dagdag pa niya.

“I would like to express deep concern over the arrest of former Akbayan Rep. Walden Bello, a longtime comrade and friend,” panimula ni Hontiveros sa kaniyang tweet nitong Martes, Agosto 9.

“Walden is a leading public intellectual and a steadfast campaigner for justice and human rights. Critical voices like his are essential to any democracy,” dagdag pa niya.
