CAGAYAN -Inanunsyong City Information Office ng Tuguegarao nitong Linggo na tinamaan ng coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) ang alkalde ng lungsod na si Maila Rosario Ting-Que.
Natuklasang nagpositibo sa virus si Ting-Que matapos lumabas ang resulta ng kanyang pagsusuri nitong Hulyo 31.
"All the health protocols are in place and we have already commenced with the contact tracing. Instructions for the disinfection of the Mayor’s Office and the common areas of the City hall have been done as well,” ayon sa Facebook post ng alkalde.
Humingi na rin ng paumanhin ang alkalde sa mga nakasalamuha nito sa pagbibigay ng serbisyo.

“We ask those that have not yet been called or believe themselves to have been in close contact with me the past few days to contact Dr. James Guzman @ 0917-5781029 for any concerns you might have for symptoms and testing,” dagdag ni Ting-Que.
Sa kabila nito, patuloy pa rin aniya siyang nagbibigay ng serbisyo sa mamamayan ng lungsod.“I will perform my duties and responsibilities remotely," sabi pa nito.
Kaugnay nito, nanawagan naman ang city health office na sumunod pa rin sa ipinaiiral nahealth and safety protocols upang hindi lumaganap pa ng sakit.
