"Ayaw ko mang ibalita po sa inyo subalit sumama po ang aking pakiramdam and pneumonia caught up with me after my speaking engagement with Southridge students last Saturday. But before the event, all of us, including the students, had antigen tests and the results were all negative," ani Tugade.

"I was not feeling well when I spoke with PAREF Southridge School student leaders but I did not want to pass on the golden opportunity dialoguing with the youth. Sa awa ng Diyos, after the event with the students last Saturday, hindi naman po nasabayan ng COVID-19 ang pneumonia ko," anang dating DOTr secretary.

Ayon pa sa kaniya, sobrang bored daw kapag may sakit. Hindi rin daw siya nakakapag-TikTok.

"While on sickbed, I am bored. You know, being sick is boring. When one is sick, you cannot go to places you want to see. You cannot do the things you like to do. You cannot personally talk to people you want to speak with. You cannot hang around to chill and even do Tiktok! Haaay. Being sick is really boring!!!"

"This pneumonia is a stark reminder that we are no Superman or Wonderwoman. We must take care of ourselves. Let's stay healthy.

"Avoid boredom. Don't get sick. Stay healthy!"
