BAGUIO CITY -- Muling nanawagan si Mayor Benjamin Magalong sa mga residente na huwag maging kampante at patuloy na gumamit ng face masks dahil sa muling pagtaas ng kaso ng Covid-19 sa lungsod.
Sinabi ni Magalong na mahigpit pa ring ipinatutupad ang pagsusuot ng face masks at iba pang probisyon sa ilalim ng Covid-19 Alert Level 1 sa Summer Capital ng bansa.
Aniya pa, patuloy na susunod ang lungsod sa mga direktiba ng National Task Force-Inter-Agency Task Force (NTF-IATF) on Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) sa patuloy na paglabas sa pandemya.
“We do not intend to make any statements or executive orders that are contrary to IATF statements or policies. We are still in the pandemic period and the virus has not disappeared, so we must continue to be vigilant," ani Magalong.

“Only the national announcement has the right to say that the facemask can be removed and the important thing is we follow the rules and regulations of the IATF and do not violate them or be stubborn in the matter," dagdag pa niya.
