Bukod kay Fourniol ay itinanghal din bilang Miss Supranational Philippines 2022 si Alison Black, Miss Eco Philippines 2022 si Ashley Subijano Montenegro, Hispanic American Queen Philippines 2022 si Ingrid Santamaria, Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2022 si Beatriz McLelland, Miss World Philippines Tourism 2022 naman si Justine Beatrice Felizarta, at Miss World Philippines Charity 2022 si Cassandra Bermeo Chan.
Present sa pagpapasa ng korona at final walk si Miss World Philippines 2021 Tracy Maureen Perez, na may empowering speech para sa mga ina.

"As an advocate of education, I do agree that during the pandemic, we have suffered the most, but the children who have a lack of access to education have suffered the greatest. And working hand in hand with ERDA Foundation who empowered the marginalized Filipino, I believe by uniting benefactors and encouraging children and allowing them to go back to school especially during this pandemic will make this world a better place because education is the greatest weapon against poverty," aniya.
