Kalakip ng Facebook post ni Remulla ang screengrab na nagpapakita ng Provincial Ordinance na nagbabawal sa sinuman na magsagawa o magpakita ng diskriminasyon, anuman ang oryentasyong sekswal nito.
Samantala, sinabi na rin ni Sasot na wala siyang balak kasuhan ang COG. Ang honorarium pa umano na pilit ibinibigay sa kaniya ng SPIST ay ayaw niyang tanggapin, at i-donate na lamang daw sa COG na mismong nagpaalis sa kaniya.
