Binati na ni Chinese President Xi Jinping si presidential candidate Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos, Jr. na milyun-milyong boto ang agwat sa mga katunggali nito sa katatapos na 2022 national elections.
Sa pahayag ng Chinese Embassy sa Maynila, kahit ano pa ang pinagdadaanan ng Pilipinas at China ay pinapahalagahan pa rin ni Xi ang pagkakabalikat ng mga ito sa isa't isa.
“In recent years, with the joint efforts of both sides, the bilateral relations have been consolidated and enhanced, bringing benefits to the people of both countries and contributing to regional peace and stability,” sabi ni Xi.
Bukod dito, binati rin ni Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian si Marcos nitong Huwebes, gayundin ang katambal na si Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.

Kumpiyansa rin si Huang na magkaroon ng pagkakaisa sa Pilipinas sa tulong ng bagong administrasyon hanggang sa malagpasan ang lahat ng pagsubok, makabangon sa pandemya ng coronavirus disease 2019 at yumabong."
“I have no doubt that under the next administration, our bilateral relations will only become stronger, our peoples closer and our cooperation deeper and wider. We look forward to working with the next Philippine government to upgrade our Relationship of Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation to a new height and bring more tangible benefits to the peoples of our two countries,” dagdag pa ni Huang.
Nitong Huwebes, umabot na sa 31,103,793 ang boto ni Marcos habang si Duterte-Carpio ay nakakuha ng botong 31,561,295.
