Nag-concede na si Senate President Vicente Sotto III sa vice presidential race ngayong Martes, Mayo 10, 2022, isang araw matapos ang eleksyon.
Sa kaniyang pahayag, sinabi niyang tinatanggap niya ang kagustuhan ng mga tao.
"The people have made their choice. I accept the will of the People," aniya.
"We presented an alternative for a better system in governance and politics but the electorate had their minds conditioned elsewhere. Our word of honor and loyalty are of far greater importance than an election win. I am glad that I did not yield to any political pressure to change my principles and kept my integrity intact till the end," dagdag pa ng senate president.

Gayunman, may mensahe siya sa susunod na presidente at bise presidente.

Pumapangatlo si Sotto sa partial at unofficial tally sa PPCRV-KBP election count sa vice presidential race, as of 6:17 a.m., nakakuha siya ng 8,034,413 votes.
