Tila napagnilayan ni GMA News Anchor Raffy Tima ang pagkakaiba ng pagpili ng class leaders noong mga bata pa ang mga botante, sa pagpili ng mga magiging lider ngayong darating na halalan.
Ayon sa kaniyang latest tweet, noong mga bata pa raw, ang kadalasang nahahalal bilang classroom leaders ay ang pinakamatalino at 'most accomplished' sa lahat.
"Just been reminded how as kids, it was so natural for us to choose our class leaders. Almost always, we choose the most intelligent, most accomplished student among us. We never elected someone who was not good and active in school."
Kaya pagtataka ni Raffy, "Wonder what changed when we became adults?"
Umani naman ito ng iba't ibang reaksyon at komento mula sa mga netizen.
"We still do… watch them all, how they answer questions, and you will know who has the vision, who is politically ready, and who has the intellectual depth when it comes to current matters. That is BBM!"
"Really? maybe a different story in HS as far as I can remember. We elect the one who is 'trip nation' or 'napagtripan'. Maybe in elite schools."

Noong Marso 22, nagpakawala ng cryptic tweet si Raffy tungkol sa isang kandidato na nagpapakalat ng 'twisted facts' hinggil sa kaniyang katunggali.

Ayon sa tweet ni Tima, "Been receiving press releases favoring a certain candidate and attacking his opponents. But the content are all obvious disinformation, manufactured data and twisted facts."
Tila nagbigay rin siya ng paalala sa mga kapwa mamamahayag na ang tanging tanggapin ay mga lehitimong press releases at hindi mga 'basurang' impormasyon.
