Nagdiriwang ng kaniyang 57th birthday ngayong Marso 20, 2022 ang Filipina businesswoman, pilantropo, at consistent 'People of the Year' awardee na si Alice Eduardo, ang tinaguriang 'Woman of Steel' ng Pilipinas.
Sa kaniyang simpleng Instagram post, ipinahayag ng kapatid niyang socialite-vlogger-TV host na si Small Laude ang kaniyang birthday message para sa kaniyang ateng si Alice, na paminsan ay naitatampok niya sa kaniyang self-titled vlog.

Tinawag na 'Woman of Steel' si Alice dahil siya lamang naman ang Founder, President, at Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ng Sta. Elena Construction and Development Corporation, ang isa sa mga pinakamalaking construction and engineering company sa Pilipinas, na nagtatayo ng mga power plants, ports, harbors, gusali, kalsada, tulay, at marami pang iba.
Sta. Elena ang nasa likod ng pagtatayo ng mga 'biggest and world-class entertainment complexes' sa bansa gaya ng Solaire Resorts and Casino, City of Dreams Manila, Resorts World Bayshore, Okada Manila, at Manila Bay Resort.
Sila rin ang gumawa ng commercial/residential projects para sa Aseana City at SM Prime, SM Bay Arena at Carpark, SM Seaside City Mall, the E-Com Centers, gayundin ang mga condominium projects ng SM gaya ng Sea, Shell, Shore at Grace Residences.
Sta. Elena rin ang nangangasiwa sa pagtatayo ng Total Petroleum Loading Jetty sa Mariveles, Bataan, gayundin sa Pantal Bridge sa Dagupan City, Pangasinan, at sa road expansion at iba pang road works sa North Luzon Expressway (NLEX).
