Kalakip ng kaniyang tweet ang screengrab ng certified copy ng memorandum from the executive secretary mula sa Office of the President of the Philippines, na ang subject ay 'Directives in view of senate resolution no. 996' na may petsang Marso 8, 2022.

"PRRD’s reponse to the senate reso to temporarily suspend E-SABONG?"

"ITULOY. 'E-Sabong licensees will remain unaffected.'

"Yes, congress gives the franchise but we all know it was w imprimatur of the President. No less than PRRD admitted it during his speech in Jolo the day after (the) franchise was denied, 'I dismantled the oligarchy without declaring Martial Law," sey ni Karen at binanggit pa ang isang pahayagan.

"E-SABONG may be the first issue Sen BATO De La Rosa disagrees with long time friend President Duterte."

"Bato wants E-Sabong suspended, even completely stopped. He admits he will be disappointed if Duterte doesn’t act on the senate resolution."

"BATO admits he himself is surprised why some of his colleagues are soft on E-Sabong and were so vocal against POGO when E-Sabong victimizes poor Filipinos."

"With POGO, bettors were from mainland China. No Filipinos gambled with POGO," ayon pa kay Karen.
