Ibinahagi ni BB Gandanghari sa kaniyang social media post na sumailalim siya sa 'mammogram' o pagpapa-check up sa kaniyang 'boobelya' bilang isang transwoman.
Sa ngayon ay legal na siyang babae ayon sa court order sa Los Angeles, California matapos ang halos 9 taong paninirahan doon. Aniya, pakiramdam niya ay babaeng-babae na siya dahil sa pagpapasuri sa kaniyang dibdib, para matiyak na walang cancer.
"First time to do this and totally feel like a woman… why? Because only women do this for their yearly physical check up as required by the insurance and medical provider,” ayon pa kay BB na dating si Rustom Padilla.

Sa isa pang IG post, ipinagdiinan ni BB ang kahalagahan ng taunang pagpapa-check up ng boobs lalo na sa mga babae.
“I’m going to get my results soon and I’m praying that I’ll be clear of any indication of early stages of #breastCancer Mammogram is very important for every woman, especially so when one is on Hormone Replacement Therapy like myself. Mammography is the process of using low-energy X-rays to examine the human breast for diagnosis and screening," aniya.
“The goal of mammography is the early detection of breast cancer, typically through detection of characteristic masses or microcalcifications,” saad sa text caption ng kaniyang post na litrato.
Umamin si BB tungkol sa kaniyang tunay na gender identity sa reality show na 'Pinoy Big Brother' celebrity edition noong 2006. Inamin niya ito sa harapan ni Keana Reeves na siya namang itinanghal na Grand Winner sa edisyong ito.
