Hindi lingid sa kaalaman ng mga tao na hindi lamang basta-basta ang pagkain na inihahain ng mga five-star hotel dito sa Pilipinas.
Sa ginanap ng SMNI-sponsored Presidential Debate noong Martes, Pebrero 15, dumalo si vice presidential candidate Walden Bello upang suportahan ang kanyang running mate na si presidential aspirant Ka Leody de Guzman.
Sa kanyang Facebook post noong Miyerkules, Pebrero 16, ibinahagi niya ang tunay na nangyari sa Okada Hotel dahil usap-usapan ang umano'y pagwawala nito.

Inilarawan din niya ang Okada Hotel bilang “unbelievably huge, garish, vulgarly opulent, and monumentally ugly.”
“I was at the hotel to lend support to my hero and running mate, Laban ng Masa presidential candidate Leody de Guzman. It was my first time at the Okada, which is built on reclaimed land at Manila Bay. The hotel is unbelievably huge, garish, vulgarly opulent, and monumentally ugly. There ought to be a law banning the building of such structures on aesthetic grounds,” ani Bello.
Bukod sa napansin niya sa hotel, tila may pasaring din siya sa pagkaing inihain sa mga guests.
"The food was, to be kind, awful, and I have reason to believe it was surplus food from the casinos in the hotel," ani vice presidential candidate.
Ang mga pagkain na inihain sa mga guest ay nagkakahalagang P5,000 kada tao-- halagang binayaran ng SMNI.
Makikita sa Menu ang appetizer, soup, main course, at dessert.
Taliwas umano ito sa naging pahayag ni Bello na microwaved food lamang ang inihain.
