Nilinaw ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na maaari silang maglabas ng immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) laban kay Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) founder, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy na nahaharap sa patung-patong na kaso sa United States kung kinakailangan.
Paglilinaw ni DOJ Secretary Menardo Guevarra na sa ilalim ng ILBO, masusubaybayan ang kilos ni Quiboloy sa paglabas nito sa bansa.
“We can issue an ILBO motu proprio. We’ll play it by ear as we examine the evidence before us and as outside events unfold,” pahayag ni Guevarra nitong Lunes, Pebrero 7.
Matatandaangkinasuhan si Quiboloy sa Amerika at nagpalabas na rin ng "wanted" posters ang Federal Bureau of investigation (FBI) laban sa kanya.

Sa rekord ng kaso, isang federal warrant ang inilabas ng U.S. noong Nobyembre 10, 2021 laban kay Quiboloy matapos na kasuhan saUS District Court for the Central District of California, Santa Ana, California kaugnay ng "pagkakasangkot sa kasong sex trafficking by force, fraud at coercion, sex trafficking of children; conspiracy; at cash smuggling.
Noong 2020, ibinasura ng Davao City Prosecutor's office ang kasong rape laban kay Quiboloy.
Gayunman, umapela ang complainant at isinampa nito ang kaso sa DOJ.
“The DOJ, upon application by the complainant-appellant, may issue an ILBO (against Quiboloy) in the meantime.Until the DOJ finds sufficient reason to reverse the finding of the city prosecutor, it has no basis to apply for a precautionary hold departure order (PHDO),” paliwanag nito.
Idinagdag pa ni Guevarra na magkaiba anghold departure order (HDO) at precautionary HDO na ipinapalabas ng korte upang harangin ang sinumang aalissa bansa.
