Inirekomenda ng House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability na buwagin na ang kontrobersyal na Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) at kasuhan ng estafa ang anim na opisyal ng Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corporation.
Sa isinapublikong committee report na aprubado ng mga miyembro ng legislative panel, dalawa naman sa empleyado ng PS-DBM ang pinakakasuhan ng falsification of public documents sa Office of the Ombudsman.
Ito ay sina George Mendoza at Mervin Ian Tanquintic.
Sa kabila nito, sinabi ni committee chairman at DIWA Partylist Rep. Michael Aglipay, wala umanong nangyaring overpricing sa pagbili ng mga materials supplies at equipment ng PS-DBM sa ngalan ng Department of Health (DOH).

Inilabas ang nasabing report nitong Lunes, matapos na pirmahan ng mga miyembro ng House panel.
“At 10:30 this morning, the committee by unanimous vote has come uip with recommendations. The report will be submitted to the Committee on Rules for adoption in the plenary. The committee also recommends the abolition of PS-DBM in order to streamline the functions of the government. It has outlived its purpose considering that all agencies now have their own procurement departments and bids and awards committee,” ayon kay Aglipay.
Inirekomenda rin ng komite sa Department of Justice (DOJ) na kasuhan ang anim na opisyal ng Pharmally na sina Huang Tzu Yen, chairman at president; Linconn Ong at Mohit Dargani, kapwa nakakulong sa Pasay City jail; Twinkle Dargani; Justine Ganado at Krisel Mago.
Pagdidiin ni Aglipay, nagsabwatan umano ang anim na opisyal upang makakuha ng supply contract sa gobyerno sa kabila ng kanilang pagkakaalam na hindi kuwalipikado ang kumpaya upang gawin ito.
“This is tantamount to misrepresentation resulting to the disadvantage and damage to the government.They misrepresntend themselves by claiming that they are financially capable. Personally, we want these people to rot in jail,” ayon pa sa kongresista.
Mahaharap sa kaso sinaMendoza at Tanquintic matapos aminin na nakialam sila sa inspection report ng nabiling COVID-19 medical supplies mula sa China na hindi naidiliber sa bansa.
