Patuloy pa rin iniimbestigahan ang pagpaslang sa magkapatid na sinaCrizzle Gwynn at Crizville Louis Maguad.

Sa isang Facebook post ni Lovella Maguad, ina ng magkapatid na Maguad, sinabi niyang isang sakristan na nagsisilbi sa simbahan ang isa pang umanong suspek sa pagpatay sa kanyang mga menor de edad na anak.

Matatandaan na ang isang suspek ay si "Janice" na ngayo'y nasa kustodiya ng DSWD Mlang. Ayon kay Lovella, pinangangalagaan umano ng DSWD ang suspek.

"One suspect has been in and out from the DSWD, received psycho social interventions and taken care of by them in more or less 8 years while the other is a sacristan who has been serving the church," ani Lovella sa kanyang post.

Ipinapanalangin umano ni Lovella ang mga sumusuporta sa Republic Act 9344 o Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of 2006 na mabuksan ang kanilang mga mata sa realidad.

"I pray that the proponent of the Juvenile justice law and its supporters, the law itself, rights advocates, politicians who always backing up complaints on disciplinary measures given to children wrongdoings in school and in the community to open their eyes to realities," paglalahad ni Lovella.

Sa ilalim ng Juvenile Justice Act, hindi maaaring panagutin sa batas ang mga nakagawa ng krimen kapag sila ay may edad 15 anyos pababa.

Pahayag pa ni Lovella, nakikita niya umano ang "unfairness" o hindi pagiging patas ng DSWD sa pakikitungo sa mga suspek at mga biktima na pareho umanong menor de edad. 

"The scenario we are experiencing right now shows the unfairness of the DSWD in dealing with the suspects and victims who are both minors," aniya.

"I saw how they handle with care and protection the suspects leaving my innocent kids alone (inside their coffins)- who didn't savor the privilege of their rights," dagdag pa niya.

"Victims are always victims unless there would be the bravest hearts and impartial sound mind to fight for justice," aniya pa.

Sa ilalim din ng Republic Act 9344, ang mga batang nakagawa ng krimen ay dapat i-rehabilitate sa mga shelter katulad ng "Bahay Pag-asa" sa halip na sila ay ikulong sa ordinaryong kulungan.

Sa Enero 3, 2022, inaasahan ng mag-asawang Maguad na makakakuha sila ng kopya ng judicial affidavits ng mga suspek kung paano isinagawa ng mga menor de edad na suspek ang pagpatay sa magkapatid na Maguad. 

Ayon kay Lovella, hindi pa niya nakikita ang mga larawan ng kanyang mga anak sa crime scene kaya't hindi siya umano sigurado kung kakayanin niyang mabasa o marinig ang affidavit ng mga suspek.

"Resumption of work in government offices starts tomorrow, January 3, 2022. My husband and I are expecting to be receiving copies of the two suspects' judicial affidavits illustrating how these two minors brutally killed my two innocent children with discernment perhaps any day from tomorrow," aniya.

"I haven't seen the picture of my two dearest kids on the crime scene yet and I am not sure if we could bear to read or to listen to these two minors suspected murderers' affidavits," dagdag pa niya.

Nangyari ang krimen noong Disyembre 10, 2021 sa loob ng bahay ng mga Maguad.
