Dineploy ang Bakuna Bus ng Philippine Red Cross, na ibinigay ng UBE Express, upang bakunahan ang 100 kabataan na may edad na 12 hanggang 17 laban sa COVID-19, ayon sa pahayag humanitarian organization nitong Linggo, Nob. 21.
“Children aged 12-17 years old need to get vaccinated now as it will also help in achieving herd immunity, and protect the children when they go back to school,” ayon kay Senador Dick Gordon, chairman at CEO ng PRC.
Ayon sa organisasyon, ang mga nakaiskedyul ng Linggo ay makakatanggap ng kanilang first dose sa ilalim ng Moderna Program PRC.
“Vaccines are safe and effective. I urge everyone to get vaccinated as this is the best way to protect not just yourself but [it] also helps prevent the spread of disease to your family, friends, and your community,” dagdag pa ni Gordon.
