Kung sakaling manalo sa 2022 presidential race, target ni Vice President Leni Robredo na maglaan ng P216 bilyong halaga ng tulong para sa mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng pandemya sa unang 100 araw ng kanyang panunungkulan.

Planong kunin ni Robredo ang "ayuda" funds sa national budget na para sa mga apektadong pamilya.

“In our first 100 days, we will focus on addressing our most urgent problem—controlling the pandemic and mitigating its impact on our people’s lives,” aniya sa presidentiables' forum na inorganisa ng Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).

Sinabi ng presidential candidate na ang P216-billion assistance ay "protect families from hunger and provide them with their basic needs without being forced to go to work.”

Inilatag ni Robredo ang mga prayoridad ng kanyang administrasyon na nakatuon sa pagtugon sa coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

Kabilang sa mga ito ay ang suporta sa mga healthcare workers ng bansa, pagpapabuti ng kapasidad ng mga ospital, at gagawing mas "accessible" sa mga Pilipino ang coronavirus testing.

“We will not stop at vaccines: We will start stockpiling different COVID treatment medicines and deploy them to areas where there are shortages,” aniya.

Bukod sa ayuda funds, nais ni Robredo na palakasin ang pagpapatupad ng Universal Health Care law sa pamamagitan ng  “concentrating on enrolling every Filipino in the UHC system”  sa loob ng tatlong buwan.

“While people are signing up, we will start partnering with local health service providers to deliver health services,” ani Robredo.

“All of these can be done only if we rebuild trust in our institutions—and that’s exactly what we are going to do. We will put our house in order and restore confidence in the Philippine government,” dagdag pa niya.
