Ang The Plastic Flamingo o mas kilalang The Plaf ay gumawa ng solusyon upang mabawasan ang mga itinatapong plastik.
Sa kanilang social media accounts, hinikayat nito ang publiko na i-donate na lamang ang mga face shield dahil hindi na rin ito nire-require sa mga lugar sa ilalim ng Alert Levels 3 pababa.
Sa video na pinost ng The Plaf, ipinakita nito ang naging resulta ng pagkolekta ng plastik tulad ng plank, poste, at iba pa.

Ayon sa kanilang Facebook, ang The Plaf ay isang "social enterprise based in the Philippines that collects and transforms plastic waste into a range of sustainable construction materials which can be used to build new schools, housing, and shelters to help make this country more resilient against its many natural hazards the country faces yearly.”
