Posible umanong maresolba ang disqualification case na iniharap laban kaypresidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr., ayon sa Commission on Elections (Comelec).

“When we talk about the cancellation, that one is likely to be resolved before the election, because it is a simple matter of actually just looking at the grounds that’s been offered.Once the case has been submitted for resolution again, maybe two weeks from now. Then it’ll be up in the hands of the division to decide as soon as they can or as late as they need to. Again, there is no timetable for that,” paglilinaw ni Comelec Spokesman James Jimenez.

“Basically, you first raffle it to a division and then after that you serve summons on the respondent, you basically give the respondent the opportunity to file an answer.Once that answer has been filed. The parties will be called together to a pre-conference hearing, and they will be able to ventilate their respective positions. After that they will be given three days to submit their memoranda. After which the case will be deemed submitted for resolution,” paglilinaw nito.
