Pinaalalahanan ng Taguig City government ang mga organizers ng mga Halloween parties at events na kailangan munang humingi ng clearance sa lungsod bago ito payagan.
“In order to avoid another surge and to lower the risk of transmission amongst customers and employees, all Halloween activities such as parties, events, promos and other similar activities shall be highly regulated and must first secure a clearance with the Safe City Task Force,” ayon sa Safe City Task Force ng Taguig City government.
Sinabi rin ng task force, “all permitted venues for social events including Halloween activities must strictly observe dine-in guidelines and protocols and must follow the guidelines provided in Safe City Task Force Advisory No. 54.”
Anito maaari lamang tanggalin and face mask kung kakain, ngunit kailangan obserbahan ang social distancing at bawasan ang physical contact.
Para sa indoor area, 30 na porsyento lamang ang pinapayagan habang ang outdoor areas naman ay 50 na porsyento.
Ayon sa task force, mga fully vaccinated customers lamang ang pinapayagan sa indoor areas at ang mga empleyado ng mga establisyimento ay dapat fully vaccinated.
“Designated Safety Officers (DSO) and/or Property Managers of establishments found to be in violation of these guidelines will be held liable and shall be penalized in accordance with R.A. No. 11332 [Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Health Events of Public Health Concern Act] and Taguig City Ordinance No. 24. Series of 2020,” anang Task force.
