Isang open letter angpinaskilng Ateneo Martial Law Museum para sa actress-host na si Celestine “Toni” Gonzaga nitong Miyerkules ng gabi, Setyembre 15, kaugnay ng guesting ni dating Senador Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa “Toni Talks.”
Giit ng Martial Law Museum, sa pagbibigay ni Toni Gonzaga ng plataporma sa anak ng dating diktador, lalo lang nalugmok ang hamon na makamit ang hustisya mula sa malagim na rehimen ni Marcos.
“Inviting the son of a murderous and corrupt dictator of our country to your show benefits no one and pushes back the struggle to gain justice from the atrocities committed by the Marcos regime and against historical revisionism running rampant amongst our people,” saad ng Martial Law Museum sa Facebook.
Para sa digital museum, naging daan umano ang programa ni Gonzaga para makapaghugas-kamay ang pamilyang Marcos sa mga kinasangkutan nitong paglabag sa karapatang pantao.

“Your show has contributed to the Marcos family’s attempts to whitewash their human rights violations and its proven historical record. Marcos is a lying clout chaser, desperate to change public opinion about historical facts as he has neither history nor truth to his side,” dagdag ng digital museum.
Sunod na pinunto ng digital museum na dapat na pinaglalaanan ng impluwensya ng mga personalidad kagaya ni Gonzaga ang pag-usad ng “common good.”
Para sa kanila, ang mga kasinungalingan ng dating senador sa programa at ang mga kasinungalingang nagpabagsak sa home network ni Gonzaga, ang ABS-CBN, ay nagmula lang sa iisang ugat.
Dagdag nito, ang patuloy na pagpapalaganap ng “falsehoods” ay layon lang na hatiin ang publiko nang sa gayon ay matagumpay na maging talamak ang korapsyon at pang-aabuso sa kapangyarihan sa bansa.
Sa huli, hinamon ng Martial Law Museum si Gonzaga na sa halip ay kapanayamin ang mga biktima ng Martial Law.

“These are the stories that celebrities and influencers should strive to popularize and disseminate as they are exemplary models of how we can strive to create a better country for everyone. In the first place, the only reason why we are able to pursue our creative pursuits in a free society today was because of their sacrifices. We owe a lot to those who sacrificed their lives in order to fight for our freedom and democracy.”
Umaasa ang Ateneo Martial Law Museum na susunggaban ni Gonzaga ang oportunidad at pakikinggan nito ang "tunay na mga bayani na nagdusa at lumaban sa mga Marcos."
