Simula sa Setyembre 6, 2021 ay ipagpapatuloy na ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang pagdaraos ng voter registration sa lahat ng lugar sa bansa na nasa ilalim pa rin ng modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).
Ayon sa Comelec, ang voter registration schedule sa MECQ areas ay isasagawa mula 8:00AM hanggang 5:00PM, mula Lunes hanggang Sabado at maging holidays.
Anang Comelec, lahat ng uri ng aplikasyon ay maaaring isumite sa Office of the Election Officer (OEO) o sa mga mall satellite registration sites.
Ang mga satellite registrations schedules naman umano ay ipapaskil sa mga official digital channels ng Comelec, gayundin sa mga bulletin boards ng district, city o municipal halls at OEOs.

Samantala, ang mga aplikasyon na maaari ring isumite sa pamamagitan ng email o ng authorized representative ay ang reactivation of voters record, reactivation with correction of entries, reactivation with transfer within the same locality, reactivation with transfer within the same locality and correction of entries, at reactivation with updating of senior citizen, persons with disability (PWDs) at persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) records.
Mahigpit naman ang paalala ni Comelec Spokesperson James Jimenez sa mga botante na tumalima sa health protocols upang makaiwas sa posibleng hawahan ng COVID-19.
“The minimum health and safety protocols and other local health standards must still be strictly observed,” ani Jimenez. “Thus, our field personnel have been directed to conduct registration in MECQ areas in a limited capacity, and to use an appointment system but allow walk-in applicants through a strict numbering or other system.”
Samantala, sa mga lugar naman na nasa ilalim na ng General Community Quarantine (GCQ), Modified GCQ (MGCQ) at iba pang mas mababang quarantine status, ang voter registration schedule ay mananatiling mula 8:00AM hanggang 7:00PM mula Lunes hanggan Biyernes at mula 8:00AM hanggang 5:00PM naman kung Sabado at holiday.
Mananatili pa rin naman umanong suspendido ang voter registration sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim pa rin ng Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).
Ang huling araw ng voter registration sa bansa ay sa Setyembre 30, 2021.
