Ibinida ng mag-asawang Doug at Chesca Garcia-Kramer ang pina-renovate nilang home condominium unit sa Pasig City, na kahawig ng kanilang ipinatayong mansyon sa Antipolo, Rizal.
Ayon sa Instagram post ni Doug na tinawag niyang 'Transformation Thursday,' masarap sa pakiramdam kapag nakikita ang mga investment, gaya ng pagpapatayo ng properties, na produkto ng kasipagan at sakripisyo.
"Our home condo! And yes, it looks very similar to our home. 1 yr ago, it was turned over to us, since then we've completely transformed it. When investment, hard work and sacrifice pays off," aniya.

Ibinahagi rin niya ang kanilang naging financial management ng misis, noong sila ay nagsisimula pa lamang bilang mag-asawa.
"A lot always ask us for financial advice. And for the most part, our common answer is sacrifice.
For @chekakramer and I, when we were newly married, we knew our journey financially as a couple just started, so we planned to always put needs first over wants."
Ang susi umano sa buhay-mag-asawa ay matutong mag-ipon, mag-invest, at bawasan ang mga hindi kailangang gastos, upang magawa ang mga plano gaya ng pagpapatayo ng sariling condo unit.
"For us, we took advantage of cash flows coming in. We would invest more than spend. And one of these investments is this place. This is but a seed we planted and slowly paid off since 7 yrs ago."
"We would always divert our funds to our forced investments instead of everything left in liquidity. It was a way for assets to appreciate in value while you wait for the right time to let it go."
Pinasalamatan naman ni Doug ang Diyos sa lahat ng mga biyayang dumarating sa kanilang pamilya.
"Obviously, this would all be meaningless and impossible without God's grace and God's perfect timing in everything. We're excited to reveal this whole place to our children soon! Will vlog the whole reveal," aniya.
Talaga nga namang goals na goals ang Team Kramer!
