Hindi na kailangan magpresenta ng swab test result ang mga fully vaccinated na indibidwal kung nais nito magtravel sa loob ng Pilipinas, ayon ito sa Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) nitong Linggo.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, ang mga bagong protocol sa ilalim ng IATF-EID Resolution No. 124-5, kailangan lamang magpresenta ng vaccination card para sa interzonal travel maging sa intrazonal movement.
“A fully vaccinated individual is someone who has more than or equal to 2 weeks after having received the second dose in a 2-dose vaccine; or more than or equal to 2 weeks after having received a single-dose vaccine,” pahayag ni Roque na siya ding spokesperson ng IATF-EID.
Ang mga fully vaccinated ay dapat nabakunahan lamang ng bakuna na kabilang sa Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List o Compassionate Special Permit (CSP)na inilabas ng Philippine Food and Drug Administration o Emergency Use Listing ng World Health Organization (WHO).

Ayon pa kay Roque ang intrazonal movement ng mga fully vaccinated senior citizens sa ilalim ng general community quarantine at modified GCQ ay patuloy na papayagan.
“This, however, is subject to the presentation of a Covid-19 domestic vaccination card duly issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment, or certificate of quarantine completion showing the holder’s vaccination status as may be issued by the Bureau of Quarantine,”aniya.
Ang intrazonal travel ay ang galawan ng mga tao, kalakal at serbisyo sa pagitan ng parehong community quarantine classification, na hindi lumilipat o pumupunta sa ibang lugar na may magkaibang classification.
Para sa interzonal travel o pagpunta sa lugar na may ibang community quarantine classifications, ito ay pinapayagan sa ilalim ng “pertinent resolutions” ng IATF at probisyon ng Omnibus Guidelines ng community quarantine implementation, ayon kay Roque ang pagpapakita ng vaccination card ay pwedeng maging alternatibo sa kahit anong testing requirement na maaaring kailanganin ng LGU na pupuntahan.
“This interzonal travel shall likewise apply to fully vaccinated senior citizens. Also, the traveler needs to undergo health and exposure screening upon arrival in the local government of destination,” ayon kay Roque.
Matatandaan noong nakaraang linggo, inaprubahan ni Pangulong Duterte ang rekomendasyon ng IATF na i-extend ang GCQ sa National Capital Region Plus (NCR plus) na binubuo ng Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal hanggang Hulyo 15.
Ayon sa IATF Resolution No. 124-B, kung ang fully vaccinated na indibidwal ay close contact sa probable at kumpirmadong Covid-19 cases, ito ay sasailalim lamang sa pinaikling 7-day quarantine period kung ito ay asymptomatic sa 7-day period.
“In case there is a need for [reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction] RT-PCR testing, this may be done not earlier than the 5th day after the date of the last exposure,”ayon sa resolution
Para sa mga close contacts na na-trace higit sa pitong araw mula sa huling exposure at nanatiling asymptomatic, hindi na kailangan ng testing o quarantine.
Kung sakaling nagpositibo ang RT-PCR test, o naging symptomatic ang indibidwal,kailangan sumailalim sa testing at sundin ang isolation protocols.
