Naglabas na ng pahayag ang kampo ni Nadine Lustre kasunod ng naging desisyon ng Quezon City Regional Trial Court (QC RTC) na nag-uutos sa aktres na ituloy ang kontrata nito sa Viva Artist Agency (VAA).
Ibinahagi ni comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz ang anunsiyo sa social media.
Dito, binigyang-diin ng kampo ni Nadine na “the court denied Viva’s claims for attachment and garnishment of Nadine’s hard-earned earnings and her Bank accounts” na itinuturing na isang “victory” para sa actress-singer.
Iginiit din nila na na-grant lamang ng korte sa Viva ang “Status Quo” order.

“But the issue of whether there still is a valid Contract between Viva and Nadine was not decided by the Court which said that this issue is subject to arbitration proceedings and not the court,” giit nila.
Pagdedeklara ng Kapunan and Castillo Law Offices: “We are filing a Motion for Reconsideration on the Status Quo order. Nadine will continue with her concert and pending contracts but Viva will be claiming their 40% commission. Viva will also be notified of future engagements of Nadine, pending the arbitrable issue of her termination of the Viva Agency/Management Agreement.”

Matatandaang 2019 nang inanunsiyo ni Nadine ang pag-alis niya sa Viva at magse- “self-managed.”
