But I would love to be given an opportunity to be in an action movie because I have a black belt in karate from when I was younger,” pagbabahagi ni Catriona sa isang Zoom press conference para sa launch ng kanyang latest single na “Raise Your Flag” nitong June 1.

Dagdag pa ni Cat: “And I would love the opportunity to have a fight scene or something. So I guess that would be something I would be super open to in regard to working with different people. Honestly, I would not be picky whatsoever because it would be a learning experience either way. That is what I need as a newcomer into that type of field.”

Originally scheduled noong 2020, naniniwala si Catriona na ito ang tamang panahon para ilabas ang “R.Y.F,” lalo’t mahalaga ang tema nito sa pinagdadaanan ng mundo ngayon. “That message is so relevant today and, now more than ever, I believe we need the courage to raise our voice for the collective benefit of others.”
Nilagyan din ng dating beauty queen ng kanyang sariling twist ang lyrics ng “R.Y.F,” at inilarawan ito bilang isang music video na “reflection of what the song is about for me.”
Inspired mula sa memorable statements sa kanyang Miss Universe journey, ang “Raise Your Flag” ay isang 2019 single na isinulat nina Trisha Denise at ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo.
