Naka-self-quarantine ngayon si Vice President Leni Robredo matapos magpositibo sa Covid-19 ang kanyang close-in security.
Sa kanyang Facebook, sinabi ni Robredo na uuwi sana siya sa Bicol para magbigay-galang sa isang kaibigang yumao, pero tumanggap siya ng contact tracing call na nagsasaad na ang kanyang close-in security ay positibo sa virus.
“Kasama ko siya sa kotse, sa elevetor at sa opisina halos araw-araw," saad niya sa FB. “We have regular surveillance antigen testing in the office and we do follow very strict health protocols but because I was a very close contact, I need to do the required quarantine and do an RT-PCR test after my quarantine".

Ayon sa kanyang spokesman na si Barry Gutierrez, ang test results ni Robredo noong Biyernes ay negatibo at siya ay muling isasailalim sa test matapos ang seven-day quarantine period.
“She is showing no symptoms and will continue to supervise all operations including Bayanihan E-consulta and the Swab Cab from quarantine. She is thankful to all those who have expressed their concern,” ayon kay Gutierrez.
Hindi ito ang unang pagkakataon na siya ay nag-quarantine matapos ma-expose sa kasamahang nagpositibo noong nakaraang taon. Siya naman ay negatibo.
