I know I’m not the only one who can say that in my history with my body there were so many unhealthy ways I tried to lose weight. Some were definitely self damaging. Now as a mom I wanted to set an example. It’s not just about being sexy, it’s about discipline, knowing how to eat, when to eat and how much to eat depending on what your body needs. It’s not about being HUNGRY. Most of all it’s about patience and acceptance. It’s about truly loving and respecting your body.
