Ang San Dionisio, Iloilo native Estacio ay tumapos ng 6.5 points sa seven outings, sapat para kunin ang chess title sa event na suportado nina American Chess Coach Dave Fenton antJubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based Jimmy Reyes kung saan ay punong abala si Mr. Bong Buto.
