“PVF is in no way a part of the proposed alliance. PVF will never agree to an alliance. The FIVB GA decided in favor of PVF. The decision of the highest authority in volleyball must be respected and honored. It is PVF alone that is the National Federation (NF) that is affiliated to FIVB. All the groups mentioned in the proposed alliance can instead become PVF members subject to our stringent standards and be a part of PVF’s programs to show their sincere intention to help Philippine volleyball,” pahayag ni Cantada.
“This is solid proof of its affiliation to FIVB. There is no need for an alliance to be established as an FIVB-affiliated group already exists for the country.
“We hope that the volleyball community will see through the sinister plan of several local volleyball personalities to keep themselves in power. The time has come to purge Philippine volleyball of corrupt officials. We, at PVF, vow to fight for truth and justice and effect positive change in the sport of volleyball,” sambit ni Cantada.
“PVF was never stripped of its membership in the FIVB as alleged. The General Assembly is the highest decision making body in the FIVB. Not even the Board of Administration could go against its decision,” aniya.
“The Center boasts of two taraflex surfaced indoor courts with one fully air-conditioned. It has two sand courts; one outdoor and the other, indoor.
Full scholarships inclusive of transportation (air, sea or land), registration fees, board and lodging will be granted to deserving local coaches from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao,” pahayag ni Cantada.
