INAMIN ni Kapuso actor Tom Rodriguez na kailangan niya talaga ang pera, kaya tinanggap niya ang role niya sa third episode ng bagong drama anthology mula sa GMA Entertainment Group na I Can See You, ang High Rise Lovers. Kasama ni Tom sina Lovi Poe at Winwyn Marquez.
“It’s a necessity, practical lang tayo, these are uncertain times after all,” sabi ni Tom. “It also fulfills yung creative purpose din. I miss the craft I love, what we do. It is what we have been doing online for the past few months.”
Huling project ni Tom sa GMA ay ang guest role niya sa primetime series na Love of my Life na nahinto nang magkaroon na tayo ng pandemic, na tapos na rin ang character niya sa story. Gumaganap ngayong mag-asawa sina Tom at Lovi at magkakaroon sila ng relasyon ni Winwyn. Paano ang mga intimate scenes? “Dahil sa health protocols na pinaiiral sa lock-in taping, you can’t touch, kaya you have to think ng new ways para kayo mag-communicate, emotionally we get there, the physical aspct, medyo challenging. Ito yung parang gagawa ka ng sarili mong way, new thing relating to the craft. Kaya if ever bumalik tayo sa dati, or magtuluy-tuloy na ito, I could say na may baon sa kami. Alam na namin ang gagawin.
