BINIGYAN na rin ng go signal ang Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas 3x3 para maidaos ang kanilang 2020 season.

Nakatakdang simulan ng Chooks -to-Go Pilipinas 3x3 ang kanilang President’s Cup sa Oktubre 21 sa loob ng Inspire Academy in Calamba, Laguna.

Binigyan ng Inter-Agency Task Force ang liga ng provisionary license upang maidaos ang kanilang unang season bilang isang pro league sa Oktubre 16 hanggang 31.

“We are grateful for the Inter-Agency Task Force composed of the Games and Amusements Board, Department of Health, and Philippine Sports Commission for giving us the clearance to hold our bubble,” ayon kay league owner Ronald Mascariñas.

Bago ang competition bubble sa Laguna, lahat ng 12 teams ay magdaraos ng kanilang final practice sa UP Epsilon Chi Center sa Quezon City mula Oktubre 5 hanggang 7.

Kasunod nito, papailalim ang lahat ng teams sa RT-PCR testing sa Oktubre 14 at 15 bago pumasok sa bubble.

Magsisimula ang ensayo ng mga koponan sa Oktubre 16 -18 sa Laguna.

Magkakaroon pa ng preseason tournament sa Oktubre 19 bago magsimula ang first leg ng liga sa Oktubre 21.

Tatlong legs pa ang kasunod nito sa Oktubre 23, 25 at 27 bago ang Grand Finals na may nakalaang premyong P1-milyon sa Oktubre 30.

Ang mga koponang kalahok sa FIBA 3x3-endorsed tournament ay ang Family’s Brand Sardines-Zamboanga City Chooks, Uling Roasters- Butuan City, Bacolod-Masters Sardines, Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards, Palayan City Capitals, Zamboanga Peninsula Valientes MLV, Porac Big Boss Cement MSC, Bicol 3×3 Pro, Pasig Sta. Lucia Realtors, Saranggani Marlins, Pagadian City Rocky Sports, at Petra Cement.

Binubuo ang Zamboanga City ng mga national team pool players Joshua Munzon, Alvin Pasaol, Troy Rike, at Santi Santillan.

“We are doing this to help our national team stay competitive before the Olympic Qualifying Tournament next year. They will later on give glory to this country,” ayon pa kay Mascariñas.
